The new AccuVeyor® AVS is a storing system, designed to create long conveyor belt length on a small footprint. The AccuVeyor® AVS is one of the youngest members of the AccuVeyor® Family which can offer solutions in many industries. The AVS is designed to convey individual products in a single lane in order to create ''time'' needed in various processes like cooling and drying. Its compact and simple design makes it an innovative solution really built to suit your needs. The AccuVeyor® AVS saves valuable floor space compared to traditional horizontal systems.

Storing principle

The AccuVeyor® AVS storing principle is based on spiral conveying, up- and downwards in one tower only. The AccuVeyor® AVS creates time, simply by using conveyor belt length between entering and discharging the system.
This means that the products will enter and discharge the conveyor on FIFO basis. The time, dependent of the speed, is mainly created by the total conveyor belt length which can go up to a maximum of 100 meters with one belt, and can be doubled to the revolutionary length of 200 meters with a second belt!

The AccuVeyor® AVS single belt system is driven by one drive only, the AVS double belt system is driven by two drives.

The AccuVeyor® AVS can be used as curing, drying or cooling tower or for any other application in your process.
