In relation to the development of the Corona virus (Covid-19) globally and in light of the latest measures issued by the national authorities in different countries, we assure you that AmbaFlex has developed its own Contingency Plan.

 This in order to strictly comply with all prevention and safety measures, adopted by international, national and local authorities, but also and above all to safeguard the safety of our customers, employees, users and more generally of the community.

Despite these difficulties, we want to inform you that we are trying to guarantee our unchanged support to our customers. All departments are in fact operational, having also provided for Remote Collaboration solutions.

 We are carefully monitoring the development of the situation and we are committed to keeping you constantly informed.

Our production units for EMEA, America’s and APAC are fully operational for building and shipping ordered equipment. Our supply chain remains on schedule for spare parts to the different points of delivery. However, we still have to take into account possible delays due to strict border procedures or on-site deliveries into the "lock-down" regions where delays may occur. This also depends on the availability and policy of the forwarders used and policies of the local authorities.

AmbaFlex is taking all possible measures to maintain the supply and service level to their customers. In those cases, the supply of a product or service is delayed, we will get in contact.
