AmbaFlex Global Customer Service (GCS) is the global support for all AmbaFlex customers (System Integrators and End-users) concerned of the delivered product and projects. By providing proactive and reactive on-time services to our customers by supporting them with advice, professional support and high quality spare parts. We have the responsibility to secure and increase loyalty to our brand, by applying Life cycle support to secure future business and build a durable relationship on an end-user level to prepare them for the next sales. Besides this, GCS could be used as information sources for sales, business development, research and development and production.

Spare Parts Warehouse Assistant


Aim of the position

As Spare Part Warehouse Assistant you process all requests incoming inquiries from the Spare Part Team in relation to, order picking, packing that we receive from our customers. In addition to fulfilling these spare parts orders, administrative tasks and duties in relation to parts needed for service jobs.


Besides this you will provide the customer with information about their shipments, transportation statuses, and disturbances that occur during the delivery of our goods. For this function we are looking for a person with a flexible mindset and that takes the extra mile when needed to fulfill the customer’s needs. You take care of structural improvements to the spare part warehouse related inventory and packing instructions. In your activities you will always ensure that AmbaFlex is a reliable & professional business partner. It is your responsibility to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to handle & act in a professional manner in finding the solution for the customer according to their service level agreement



Core tasks

Generation of shipment documentation for international shipping in AMCAS region
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
Attend to training and evaluation moments
Ensure a 95% on-time delivery.
Available outside office hours
coordinate and execute the supply of materials for internal and external orders
perform administrative tasks in relation to designated tools & systems
processing of administrative changes in ERP system
ensure all orders are up to date on dashboard in ERP system
ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
quarantining returned shipments
actively participate to product and process development
available outside of normal business hours
visually inspect all incoming goods
attend international meetings/training when appropriate




Delivering a good qualitative response to the customer's demand, a good understanding of ‘why’ the customer contacts us.
Have good experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office
Knowledge about AmbaFlex's service strategy and how the ' main objectives ' can be reached.
Monitoring stock levels, and notifying spares when certain items are running low
Maintain a close business relationship with AmbaFlex colleagues and work to provide the best solutions for the customer.

Giving active input to improve the guidelines, processes and systems.
Work/use and communicate according to the agreed guidelines, processes, and systems both internally and externally.

Ensure stock is located in proper areas
Order Picking

Release of completed orders
Picking goods as per the spare part order request
Release of completed spare parts orders
Quality Control

Check on (delivered) goods as per internal parameters
Check on produced products as per internal designated parameters
Report defects or deficiencies as per internal guidelines
Manage quality standards and adjust standards if required by the organization
Review and evaluate quality complaints and propose improvements if required
Stock management/stock control I

Perform cycle count every Quarter
Store & process returned materials
