Smart technology for intelligent service

The incredible speed at which the world is now growing accustomed to remote communications opens many new opportunities. One of these is the use of smart glasses, especially in the service and training departments.

AmbaFlex recently finished the pilot of a smart-glass project, successfully implementing a new way for remote communications amongst internal departments, especially those located in different parts of the world.

This new system enabled engineers and other specialists from AmbaFlex headquarters to support technicians on various subjects. Support can range from technical troubleshooting, quality control to completing an entire FAT remotely.

Having instant visual contact with someone regardless of where they are also saving an immense amount of time on traveling, increases the flexibility of the service department, and decreases our carbon footprint by cutting flights. 

We are looking forward to discovering the potential of these new technologies even further.
