12/7 - Statement patent infringement Hongsbelt

In the ongoing effort of defending our innovations and the hard work of our talented engineers around the globe, some battles, unfortunately, end up being fought out in court. In one of these cases, against the Chinese-based modular belt manufacturer Hongsbelt,,AmbaFlex published a news article called "Protecting innovative technology". Regrettably, by mixing our previous victories with the case of Hongsbelt in a single article, we inadvertently and unintentionally created the impression that Hongsbelt had already been convicted of patent infringement, could possibly result in the defamation of Hongsbelt’s goodwill.

Unfortunately, People's Court of Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China found the above action constituted commercial defamation. We hereby clarify: no effective judgment held that Hongsbelt infringed AmbaFlex's patent rights.

Regrettably, by mixing our previous victories with the case of Hongsbelt in a single article, we inadvertently and unintentionally created the impression that Hongsbelt had already been convicted of patent infringement.
