Introduction Cody Wagner, Customer Service Coordinator USA

At the moment, one department has more challenges than another to carry out the work in a 'normal' way. For AmbaFlex Customer Service this is perhaps the most true. The work for Field Service also continues during the lockdowns. In the coming updates, we will introduce you to a number of dedicated Service Technicians around the world.

My name is Cody Wagner. I am 27 years old and have been working at AmbaFlex since 2018. I started in Canton, Ohio as a Field Service Technician, but as of April 1st I have moved in to a Customer Service Coordinator role.

I earned my first degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2014, and after graduating worked in Oil and Energy for about 4 years before coming to AmbaFlex.  I am currently in school working towards an Engineering Management degree which I look forward to using at AmbaFlex.

What drew me to AmbaFlex was the work/life balance, the freedom to make your own decisions, and the non-monotonous atmosphere of a Field Service Technician.

What I love about working for AmbaFlex is the ability to travel and be your own boss. While in the field, responsibility rests on the technician. The training AmbaFlex has provided and continues to provide, gives confidence that while in the field, you will make the correct decisions to satisfy customers.

The role of a Field Service Technician ranges greatly, but includes, mechanic, programmer, integrator, customer service representative, etc. Being the face of AmbaFlex in the field is a great responsibility, so representing the company in a positive manner is something that makes me very proud.

When I am not working, I am either doing school work, or enjoying free time with friends and family while hiking, biking, fishing, playing guitar, or watching/attending sporting events.
